Stevion Haynes was born August 15 1983, in Ft Hood, Texas to Steven Shaw and Barbara Haynes. Stevion first started playing in the church at age 10. His mother would make him sit next to the drummer and study the drummer without ever touching a stick. Because of the influx of musicians Stevion was forced to make the best of every opportunity he's had when he sat on the drums. One Sunday night during a statewide church convocation no drummer was available, and 13 year old Stevion made the best of his opportunity. From that point on he has never looked back and has earned every opportunity he has had. Stevion went to study music at the University of North Texas in Denton, TX breifly before moving to Miami to pursue his dream. 20 years later Stevion has been blessed with the privilege to share his gift of music across many stages Worldwide with many great artist, which include: Raheem Devaughn, Troy NōKA, Tamela Mann, Phil French, Joshua Rogers, Da Truth, Alexis Speight, Israel Houghton & New Breed, Tasha Cobbs, William Murphy, Donnie McClurkin, Candy West, Myron Williams, Erin Deneele, Leandria Johnson, Deitrick Haddon, Karen Clark- Sheard, Dorinda Clark- Cole, Trent Cory, Javen, BJ Putnam, David and Nicole Binion, Preashea Hilliard, Shana Wilson, Freddy Rodriguez, John Gray, Kim Burrell, and Je'kob.
Stevion is currently touring with Grammy Award winner Letoya Luckett from the multi platinum mega group Destiny's Child. It is through these artists and opportunities that he continues to soar and expand his musical gifts. Aside from touring Stevion continues to increase his in knowledge in the industry by managing and producing music. He also serves as a musician at his church, Destiny World Outreach. Stevion Haynes is the proud husband of Valencia Kee- Haynes and father of 3 beautiful girls and a handsome newborn son. Stevion strives to maintain a Great foundation in Christian Faith and Values. Kendall Belton, a native Georgian, was born November 11, 1986. His music career began at the age of 16 as the drummer for a local Decatur, Georgia cover band called "Priceless". Music had always been apart of his upbringing with various musical influences ranging from Steely Dan to Marvin Gaye. After serving in our United States army, Chip began to really explore what music meant to him and how he could be apart of it. Serving in the local church body, he began to meet other musicians with equal passions for the art. Along with friend and founder of Distinguished Soundz, Stevion Haynes, he began to help and create the Distinguished Soundz brand and is currently still an active member.
Chip is currently producing for a few indie artists and looking forward to assisting in Artist Development. Over his short music career he has been blessed to play for numerous nationally acclaimed artists in multiple genres of music. While the names on his "resume" have been intentionally omitted, he invites you to get to know the person behind the music. Chip aspires to give back to his community by offering lessons on multiple instruments, mentorship, and travelling while sharing the gift of music. He enjoys eating Hotwings...
